It was a December day in Senoia, Georgia when Bubba Pollard received one of the most important phone calls of his life.

After 250 grueling laps of tire conservation on one of the hardest short tracks in America, it was Georgia's Bubba Pollard celebrating in Berlin Raceway's victory lane in Wednesday night's Battle at Berlin. Pollard's margin of victory was 1.45-seconds on a night where the Senoia, Georgia driver was clearly best in show.
