An offseason's worth of anticipation and preparation comes together on Monday at East Bay Raceway Park as High Limit Racing's inaugural national touring campaign kicks off new beginnings for Sprint Car racing.

Nearly 50 drivers and teams have pre-registered for the two-day Battle at the Bay season-launching event streamed exclusively on FloRacing.

The event roster is headlined by 2021 NASCAR Cup champion and last year's midweek series champ Kyle Larson, five-time reigning World of Outlaws champ Brad Sweet (whose pursuits are now for a High Limit title), fan favorite and touring campaigner Rico Abreu, two-time All Star Circuit of Champions title winner Tyler Courtney, 2022 Kings Royal winner Brent Marks, and former NASCAR superstar Kasey Kahne, among many others.

After spending their share of time traveling the WoO tour, Jacob Allen and Spencer Bayston are taking part in the inaugural High Limit national campaign. James McFadden would join Allen and Bayston in that transition from the outset if not for travel setbacks from his native Australia to the states withholding him from partaking in the series opener.

California star Dominic Scelzi is filling McFadden's seat aboard the Roth Motorsports No. 83.Former ASCoC travelers Aaron Reutzel, Chris Windom, Cory Eliason, Dale Blaney, Justin Peck, Tim Schaffer, and Zeb Wise (2023 ASCoC champ) are registered at East Bay, too. 

Corey Day begins an anticipated rookie touring campaign, too, with the former WoO-championship Jason Meyers Racing team.

Along with Marks, descendants from the Pennsylvania Posse traveling to East Bay include Anthony Macri, Danny Dietrich, Devon Borden and Dylan Norris.
